Our red flags checklist, videos, guides and Jason’s opinions on a tour are based on his years of experience in foundations, roofs and kitchens. They are not a home inspection, a structural engineering report, a pest inspection, an environmental test, or a survey. Jason is not a licensed home inspector.
Always hire a Tennessee-licensed home inspector, and any specialist they recommend (structural engineer, stucco inspector, sinkhole specialist, electrician, plumber, arborist, septic inspector), before you rely on the condition of any property.
