Who we are
This website is operated by Devoted Home Group (Jason Fields and Ivette Gibbe-Fields), real estate agents affiliated with Keller Williams Farragut/Hardin Valley, 11400 Parkside Dr, Ste 120, Knoxville, TN 37934, office (865) 966-5005. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Devoted Home Group. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.
This policy explains what information we collect on devotedhomegroup.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and when
- Contact forms (Plan my move, the red flags checklist, the practical guides, Español): your name, email address, mobile phone number if you give it, the city you’re moving from, and your moving timeline.
- Messages you send us: anything you choose to write in an email, text or form, including a listing you want Jason to look at.
- Practical guide notes and checkmarks: these are saved only in your own browser on your own device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data or using “Clear my notes” deletes them.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of the visit, to keep the site secure and working.
- Videos: our YouTube videos load in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives information from your browser only when you press play. YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which page or video brought you here, roughly where you are (city, state or country, based on your IP address), how long you stay and which pages you visit. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Microsoft Clarity: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages, through heatmaps and session replays that show clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity is set to mask what you type into forms. Microsoft’s privacy statement applies to that data: privacy.microsoft.com.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from one of our YouTube videos or another link with tracking tags, we note which one, and attach it to any form you send us, so we know which videos help people most.
- Meta Pixel: when we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, we use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to visits and inquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta receives information such as the pages you visit and whether you sent a form, but not what you typed into it. We follow Meta’s special rules for housing ads, which do not allow targeting by age, gender, ZIP code or other protected characteristics. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Meta’s privacy policy applies to that data.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or use it to build profiles for other companies.
- To answer you, and to prepare the move plan, guide or checklist you asked for.
- To call, text or email you about your move, if you gave us permission.
- To send you the PDF of a practical guide, and occasional follow-up emails about moving to East Tennessee. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep records required by law and by our brokerage.
- To keep the site secure and fix problems.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree on our form, Devoted Home Group may call or text you about your move, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or call (865) 263-7630.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as we are in touch, or as long as needed to meet legal, tax and brokerage record-keeping requirements. Transaction files are kept for the period required by Tennessee law and our brokerage. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
To make a request, email team@devotedhomegroup.com or call (865) 263-7630. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them.
- Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
- See what we have: ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Fix it: ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete it: ask us to delete it. We will, unless the law or our brokerage requires us to keep a record.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or similar sensitive information through our forms or by email. If we ever need that kind of information for a transaction, we will tell you a secure way to send it.
Wire fraud warning
We will never email or text you wiring instructions, and we will never ask you to change them. Before you wire any money for a real estate transaction, call your closing company at a phone number you found independently and confirm the instructions by voice. If something feels off, stop and call us at (865) 263-7630.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as YouTube, Google, government agencies and data providers. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
