Our commitment
Devoted Home Group and Keller Williams Farragut/Hardin Valley are committed to the letter and the spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, and all fair housing laws. We are pledged to provide equal professional service to everyone.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, sex, disability, familial status (including families with children under 18 and people who are pregnant), or national origin.
As a matter of our own policy, we also do not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or source of income, and we treat every buyer and seller with the same honesty and care.
What this means when we work with you
- No steering. We will never guide you toward or away from a town, neighborhood or street because of who lives there. You choose where you look. We show you everything that fits what you asked for.
- We describe places, not people. Our guides and videos talk about prices, taxes, drive times, flood risk, houses and things to do. We do not describe neighborhoods by the race, religion, national origin or family makeup of the people who live there.
- Schools: we do not rank or recommend schools. School zones change. Confirm school assignments directly with the school district for the exact address, and research schools yourself through the district and the Tennessee Department of Education.
- Safety and crime: we do not characterize neighborhoods as “safe” or “unsafe.” If crime information matters to you, you can review it directly with local law enforcement agencies.
- Same answer for everyone. Every client who asks gets the same information, the same red flags, and the same honest opinion about the house.
- Disability: we will make reasonable accommodations in how we communicate and work with you. Just tell us what helps.
- Language: we work in English and Spanish. Speaking either language never changes the homes we show or the service you get.
Our advertising
Our ads, videos and website are written to welcome everyone. When we use paid advertising on social media, we do not target or exclude people based on any protected characteristic, and we follow the special-category housing rules of each ad platform.

Equal Housing Opportunity
We are an Equal Housing Opportunity business. We support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
Equal Housing Opportunity. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation.
